NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE
NEW BRUNSWICK COLLEGE OF DENTAL HYGIENISTS (NBCDH)
Notice is hereby given that the 2022 virtual annual general meeting of the New Brunswick College of Dental Hygienists will be held on Saturday, the 25th day of February 2023 at 9:30 a.m. The order of business is to:
1-receive the audited financial statements of the corporation for the fiscal period ending June 30. 2022.
2a) Appoint the auditors for fiscal year July 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022.
2b) Appoint the auditors for the fiscal year January1, 2023 to December 31, 2023
3- Nominate and elect the President, Vice President of the Council, and council members
4- Transact such further and other business as may properly be brought before the meeting and any adjournment thereof.
